Neeraj Kabi is an acclaimed Indian Actor awarded and celebrated for his performances in stories that inspire, stories that inform and stories that awaken. He has been working as a professional Actor in major or lead roles with renowned national and international Film and Theatre Directors. Considered as one of the finest actors in the country, Neeraj is best known for his powerful transformations into various characters in Films like Ship of Theseus, Byomkesh Bakshy, Talvar, Sacred Games, Paatal Lok, Once Again, Hitchki as well as Theatre performances of Plays by William Shakespeare, Tom Stoppard, Moliere, Marivaux, Chekov, Oscar Wild, Henrik Ibsen, Marguerite Duras and Florian Zeller. He has also Directed and Produced the critically acclaimed Theatre production of Shakespeare’s Hamlet, collaborating Indian traditional Artistes with urban Actors.
Neeraj is a self-taught actor and the techniques he uses are his own discoveries and experiments. He has used his years of experience and expertise in Theatre and Films to curate a variety of scientifically designed workshops based on theatre philosophies, film concepts and acting techniques. He has been conducting these specific workshops as a Coach for the last two and a half decades for professional and aspiring Actors, professional Animation studios, School Teachers, Young Adults, Parents and a range of Corporate clientele, from various industries. Neeraj is also the founder of PRAVAH, a work in progress space for Theatre production, Film production and Workshop training with a specific purpose.
